Therapy Online offers beneficial and discrete talking counselling via video chat or telephone. Luckily, we live in a world where your mental health doesn’t have to be limited to travel, location or pandemic restrictions. So, there is no need to feel like your life has to be put on hold just because the outside world has.
Online counselling is a way for you to understand your new role in this questioning time shadowed by the coronavirus. What I suggest is building a framework to relate to yourself and others so that you are able to understand your emotions and use them to keep you buoyant.
