I have taken the time to adjust my practice and create Therapy Online, which offers beneficial and discrete talking counselling via video chat or telephone.
Therapy Online is a way for you to understand your new role in this questioning time shadowed by the coronavirus. What I suggest is building a framework to relate to yourself and others so that you are able to understand your emotions and use them to keep you buoyant.
As our British Prime Minister has put it we are, thankfully, experiencing a pandemic whilst also having access to “the wizardry of modern technology.”
I am grateful that I am able to provide weekly video sessions with you, which offers you an outlet to deal with reframing self-isolation, anxiety and living with others in such close proximity – amongst many other emotional needs.
